Project

As members of the Amply team, I created a website for Enroll ML, a platform used by university admissions officers to identify the most promising candidates. The website's main goal was to explain the product and demonstrate how it helps, so we focused on finding an effective way to illustrate this and provide a clear explanation.

My role

I worked alongside another designer, and our goal was to present various visualisation concepts of the client's products to them. My illustration skills were a great asset, and we were able to propose an illustrative approach which became the final one. When working on the illustrations, I looked for the perfect style to capture the essence of the product, create a modern and fun website, and ensure suitability for the type of end user. My ability to combine the roles of designer and illustrator ensures the best possible final outcome and a cohesive style.

Illustrations

As the client didn’t have any brand guidelines, we were given a lot of creative freedom to come up with a unique approach. We used a lime yellow and navy colour scheme, but the main concept was to show dotted patterns symbolising students in the enrolment process and how the service helps identify the most promising ones. I created general patterns with dots, as well as small characters inside them to suggest this symbolism. More characters were introduced in the section showing who could benefit most from the product.
